Bob Trevino Likes It is an engaging film that highlights how our chosen family can bring out the best in us. Lily Trevino is an upbeat young woman despite having had a challenging life. Abandoned by her mother when she was little, she desperately tries to connect with her deadbeat dad who doesn’t think about anyone but himself. In search of a familial bond, she reaches out to a stranger on Facebook with the same name as her father and a unique friendship unfolds. Inspired by writer/director Tracie Laymon’s online search to find her own father, Bob Trevino Likes It features top-notch performances by Barbie Ferreira (Euphoria) and John Leguizamo (Super Mario Bros).
