After years of estrangement, two brothers reunite in Israel but struggle to come to terms with their disparate beliefs, both political and religious. Dan lives with his family on a kibbutz in Israel, while his religious brother Aaron is a celebrated lawyer who has come from the U.S. to Israel to defend Talmudic students evading military service. The clash between the two brothers explodes along the fault lines of Israeli society.
