Roni, a middle-aged Israeli, finds himself in the United States searching for his long-lost first love on the eve of her 60th birthday. Alon Aboutboul (Dr. Pavel in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES) gives an appealing performance in this film whose main theme explores “the road not taken.” That also happens to be the name of the documentary being made by film student Myla, his unexpected travel partner. Together, they search for answers to questions that can’t necessarily be answered. A quirky and lovable film by acclaimed Israeli director Dani Menkin (39 POUNDS OF LOVE).
