A group of Yeshiva students form an upstart baseball team and want to join the collegiate league, but they need a coach in the worst way. And that’s exactly how they fill the post, with Charlie, a washed-up ex-major league baseball player sentenced to community service for drunken driving.  They start out with nothing in common, but develop strong bonds as the team fights its way to the championship game. This family film has something for everyone to enjoy – sports, Jewish wisdom and humor, romance and a great soundtrack.
