Your Eventive account is where you will access your virtual content.
If you joined us for one of our virtual festivals in the past two years, you already have an Eventive account set up via the email you used at that time.
If your purchase with us this year will be your first for an Eventive platform virtual festival, then you will receive an email from Three Rivers – Pittsburgh Shorts 24 inviting you to activate your Eventive account. Once you set your password, you’ll be able to log in and access all of your purchased content in your Content Library.
Add Three Rivers – Pittsburgh Shorts 24 to your contacts to avoid having these emails go to spam. These emails may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. However, if they don’t arrive within ten minutes check your spam, clutter , and junk folders. If you don’t find them there, please email us at info@filmpittsburgh.org so we can help to resolve the issue.
Please make sure to use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS that you used to purchase your tickets/pass to activate your Eventive account. Your tickets and access are tied to that email account.
You only need to set up your Eventive account after your first purchase. For any additional ticket purchases, you must use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS so that your tickets appear in your Content Library. After every purchase, you will receive an email from Three Rivers – Pittsburgh Shorts 24 with a link to your film via a WATCH NOW button. We strongly suggest you save these emails for easy access to your films when you’re ready to watch them!
If you’ve already purchased your ticket, log into your Eventive account and visit your Content Library (which can be found by clicking on the round, grey button at the top right corner of the page.) You can also find the confirmation email and click the WATCH NOW button. If you’ve already ordered a ticket and are logged into your Eventive account, you will have the option to “watch now” from the virtual screening page.
WARNING: Once you have purchased a ticket for a film, you do NOT have to pay again. If you are on the Eventive platform and are asked to "Order Now" instead of "Watch Now," make sure you are logged into your Eventive account. If you are logged in and this problem still exists, please contact us at info@filmpittsburgh.org so we can troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

You will have 48 hours, in most instances, once you hit WATCH NOW, to finish viewing the film. Make sure to check the dates/times/geographic restrictions for each film/program.
After setting up your Eventive account, return to the Three Rivers – Pittsburgh Shorts 24 schedule pages and select the films you would like to watch by clicking on the “I already have a pass” button.
